since i wasn’t willing to speak i always had a different therapist so i felt like i wasn’t actually constructing a relationship with them anyhow so that just made me much more silent since it’s like what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any need for this so at that time i didn’t really have a positive experience with counselling or therapy i keep utilizing them interchangeably but to me i can’t it sort of means the same thing so i didn’t truly have a favorable experience back then so i basically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that again and i simply chosen to bottle up my feelings and suppress my sensations and there was a lot of unsettled injury that i’ve been holding within myself for a lot of years and i didn’t in fact realize up until i started my individual advancement journey until the past couple of years specifically during the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unresolved trauma that i have and how it’s affecting me in my life in my business in my platform they have many clients like there’s numerous individuals who are scheduling in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is truly hectic and you just need to remember that you are getting what you pay for so if you counselor winds up cancelling then they end up canceling but it due to the fact that it took place to me 2 times in a row i was like okay i may have to consider getting another counsellor if this takes place once again and i did actually call better assistance support and i described what happened that they cancelled two times in a row and much better assistance was extremely great at dealing with the situation they returned to me within 24 hr and they was like all right to compensate this they included two free weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i discovered that very very um remarkable that they were so ready and willing to solve the problem and add the three weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t actually been a negative side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i obviously will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve only been doing therapy for a couple of months so this is really all i can share so Trustpilot Betterhelp
