since i wasn’t ready to speak i always had a various therapist so i seemed like i wasn’t really constructing a relationship with them anyway so that just made me much more quiet since it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any need for this so at that time i didn’t truly have a positive experience with counselling or therapy i keep using them interchangeably but to me i can’t it type of indicates the exact same thing so i didn’t actually have a favorable experience at that time so i practically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that again and i just chosen to shut in my emotions and repress my feelings and there was a great deal of unsolved trauma that i’ve been holding within myself for so many years and i didn’t actually recognize until i began my individual advancement journey till the past number of years especially throughout the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unresolved trauma that i have and how it’s affecting me in my life in my company in my platform they have so many clients like there’s numerous people who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is really busy and you just need to remember that you are getting what you spend for so if you counselor ends up cancelling then they wind up canceling but it because it took place to me two times in a row i was like fine i may have to think about getting another counsellor if this occurs again and i did in fact call better help assistance and i explained what occurred that they cancelled twice in a row and better help was extremely very good at dealing with the scenario they returned to me within 24 hr and they was like alright to compensate this they added 2 complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really really um fantastic that they were willing and so prepared to deal with the problem and include the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t truly been an unfavorable side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i obviously will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve just been doing treatment for a couple of months so this is truly all i can share so Reviews Of Betterhelp
