The past and even the future things that…Katie Betterhelp… have not even occurred yet this is something that a lot of people couldn’t be struggling with you may also be thinking about this depressed individual who seems unfortunate all the time however there’s other feelings associated with anxiety.
since i wasn’t willing to speak i constantly had a different counselor so i seemed like i wasn’t really building a relationship with them anyhow so that just made me even more silent since it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any requirement for this so at that time i didn’t really have a favorable experience with counselling or therapy i keep utilizing them interchangeably but to me i can’t it kind of means the same thing so i didn’t really have a favorable experience at that time so i practically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to try that once again and i simply decided to shut in my feelings and shut in my sensations and there was a great deal of unsolved injury that i have actually been holding within myself for a lot of years and i didn’t in fact recognize up until i started my individual development journey up until the past number of years specifically during the pandemic that truly made me open my eyes to the unresolved injury that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my company in my platform they have so many customers like there’s many people who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes sense that their schedule is truly hectic and you simply need to keep in mind that you are getting what you spend for so if you therapist ends up cancelling then they end up canceling but it because it happened to me two times in a row i was like okay i might have to consider getting another counsellor if this occurs once again and i did really contact much better help support and i described what occurred that they cancelled two times in a row and better aid was very excellent at dealing with the situation they got back to me within 24 hr and they was like all right to compensate this they added two totally free weeks on to my billing cycle so i wound up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really really um remarkable that they were so ready and willing to resolve the issue and include the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t actually been a negative side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i naturally will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve just been doing therapy for a number of months so this is really all i can share so Katie Betterhelp
