since i wasn’t willing to speak i constantly had a different counselor so i seemed like i wasn’t truly building a relationship with them anyhow so that simply made me even more quiet due to the fact that it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is is there any requirement for this so at that time i didn’t really have a positive experience with counselling or therapy i keep utilizing them interchangeably but to me i can’t it type of means the same thing so i didn’t truly have a favorable experience back then so i basically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i thought i’m not even going to try that once again and i just decided to repress my feelings and repress my sensations and there was a lot of unsettled trauma that i’ve been holding within myself for many years and i didn’t actually recognize until i began my personal development journey till the past number of years particularly during the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unsolved trauma that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my company in my platform they have so many clients like there’s a lot of individuals who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes sense that their schedule is actually busy and you simply have to remember that you are getting what you spend for so if you counselor ends up cancelling then they end up canceling but it because it took place to me 2 times in a row i resembled fine i may have to think about getting another counsellor if this occurs once again and i did really get in touch with better help support and i explained what took place that they cancelled two times in a row and much better aid was extremely very good at handling the situation they returned to me within 24 hr and they was like okay to compensate this they included 2 complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really very um fantastic that they were so ready and willing to fix the issue and include the three weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t truly been an unfavorable side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i obviously will keep you updated with my experience i’ve just been doing treatment for a couple of months so this is actually all i can share so Betterhelp Vs Traditional Coumseling
