because i wasn’t going to speak i constantly had a different counselor so i seemed like i wasn’t actually constructing a relationship with them anyway so that just made me a lot more silent since it’s like what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any need for this so back then i didn’t truly have a positive experience with counselling or treatment i keep utilizing them interchangeably however to me i can’t it type of indicates the very same thing so i didn’t truly have a positive experience at that time so i practically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to try that once again and i simply chosen to shut in my feelings and repress my feelings and there was a great deal of unsettled injury that i have actually been holding within myself for a lot of years and i didn’t in fact understand up until i began my individual advancement journey till the past couple of years specifically during the pandemic that truly made me open my eyes to the unsettled trauma that i have and how it’s affecting me in my life in my organization in my platform they have so many customers like there’s many people who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is really hectic and you just have to remember that you are getting what you pay for so if you therapist winds up cancelling then they end up canceling but it because it took place to me two times in a row i was like okay i might have to think about getting another counsellor if this occurs again and i did in fact contact better help support and i explained what happened that they cancelled two times in a row and much better help was extremely very good at handling the situation they got back to me within 24 hr and they was like fine to compensate this they added 2 free weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really very um remarkable that they were prepared and so prepared to deal with the problem and include the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t actually been a negative side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i of course will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve only been doing treatment for a couple of months so this is actually all i can share so Betterhelp/Kats
