since i wasn’t ready to speak i constantly had a different counselor so i felt like i wasn’t truly building a relationship with them anyhow so that simply made me much more quiet due to the fact that it’s like what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any need for this so back then i didn’t truly have a positive experience with counselling or therapy i keep using them interchangeably but to me i can’t it kind of suggests the exact same thing so i didn’t truly have a positive experience back then so i basically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i thought i’m not even going to try that again and i simply chosen to repress my feelings and suppress my feelings and there was a lot of unresolved trauma that i have actually been holding within myself for many years and i didn’t actually recognize up until i began my individual advancement journey until the past couple of years specifically during the pandemic that actually made me open my eyes to the unsolved trauma that i have and how it’s affecting me in my life in my organization in my platform they have a lot of customers like there’s many people who are scheduling in sessions so it makes it it makes sense that their schedule is actually busy and you just need to remember that you are getting what you spend for so if you counselor ends up cancelling then they wind up canceling but it since it occurred to me 2 times in a row i resembled okay i might have to consider getting another counsellor if this takes place once again and i did actually get in touch with much better assistance assistance and i explained what happened that they cancelled two times in a row and much better assistance was extremely very good at handling the circumstance they got back to me within 24 hr and they was like fine to compensate this they included two complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that very really um remarkable that they were willing and so all set to resolve the issue and include the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t actually been a negative side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i of course will keep you upgraded with my experience i have actually just been doing therapy for a couple of months so this is truly all i can share so Betterhelp Groupinars Always Full
