since i wasn’t willing to speak i always had a various therapist so i felt like i wasn’t really developing a relationship with them anyhow so that simply made me a lot more quiet due to the fact that it’s like what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any requirement for this so back then i didn’t actually have a favorable experience with counselling or therapy i keep using them interchangeably however to me i can’t it sort of means the exact same thing so i didn’t really have a positive experience back then so i pretty much discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that once again and i just decided to bottle up my emotions and bottle up my sensations and there was a lot of unsolved trauma that i’ve been holding within myself for so many years and i didn’t in fact understand up until i began my individual development journey till the past couple of years particularly during the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unsolved trauma that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my business in my platform they have so many clients like there’s many people who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes sense that their schedule is truly busy and you just have to bear in mind that you are getting what you spend for so if you counselor ends up cancelling then they wind up canceling but it since it took place to me 2 times in a row i resembled alright i might have to think about getting another counsellor if this happens again and i did actually get in touch with better assistance support and i described what took place that they cancelled twice in a row and much better help was very excellent at handling the situation they got back to me within 24 hr and they was like alright to compensate this they included two totally free weeks on to my billing cycle so i wound up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that very very um remarkable that they were willing and so all set to resolve the issue and add the three weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t truly been an unfavorable side to this i’m having the very best time and as time goes on i of course will keep you upgraded with my experience i have actually just been doing treatment for a couple of months so this is truly all i can share so Betterhelp Depression Beared Guy
