because i wasn’t going to speak i always had a various counselor so i seemed like i wasn’t actually constructing a relationship with them anyway so that just made me a lot more quiet because it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is is there any requirement for this so at that time i didn’t truly have a positive experience with counselling or therapy i keep using them interchangeably however to me i can’t it sort of indicates the exact same thing so i didn’t really have a positive experience back then so i pretty much discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i thought i’m not even going to attempt that again and i simply decided to suppress my feelings and bottle up my feelings and there was a lot of unresolved injury that i’ve been holding within myself for numerous years and i didn’t actually recognize till i began my individual advancement journey until the past couple of years specifically during the pandemic that truly made me open my eyes to the unsettled trauma that i have and how it’s affecting me in my life in my company in my platform they have a lot of clients like there’s numerous individuals who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is actually busy and you just need to remember that you are getting what you pay for so if you therapist ends up cancelling then they end up canceling but it since it occurred to me two times in a row i was like fine i might have to think about getting another counsellor if this takes place again and i did really call better help support and i discussed what happened that they cancelled two times in a row and much better aid was very excellent at handling the situation they returned to me within 24 hours and they was like fine to compensate this they added two complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i discovered that extremely really um remarkable that they were so eager to deal with the issue and add the three weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t truly been an unfavorable side to this i’m having the very best time and as time goes on i of course will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve only been doing therapy for a couple of months so this is actually all i can share so Betterhelp Admin
