because i wasn’t ready to speak i always had a different therapist so i felt like i wasn’t actually constructing a relationship with them anyway so that just made me even more quiet because it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is is there any requirement for this so at that time i didn’t truly have a favorable experience with counselling or therapy i keep utilizing them interchangeably but to me i can’t it kind of implies the same thing so i didn’t really have a positive experience back then so i basically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that again and i simply decided to repress my feelings and bottle up my feelings and there was a great deal of unsolved trauma that i’ve been holding within myself for many years and i didn’t in fact recognize up until i started my personal advancement journey until the past number of years specifically during the pandemic that actually made me open my eyes to the unsolved injury that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my company in my platform they have a lot of clients like there’s numerous people who are booking in sessions so it makes it it makes sense that their schedule is really busy and you just have to keep in mind that you are getting what you pay for so if you counselor winds up cancelling then they end up canceling but it since it happened to me 2 times in a row i resembled all right i may need to consider getting another counsellor if this happens again and i did actually call better assistance assistance and i explained what happened that they cancelled twice in a row and better help was extremely excellent at handling the situation they returned to me within 24 hours and they resembled alright to compensate this they added two totally free weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i discovered that really really um remarkable that they were ready and so ready to fix the issue and add the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t truly been a negative side to this i’m having the very best time and as time goes on i obviously will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve only been doing therapy for a couple of months so this is really all i can share so Better Help Technical Support
