since i wasn’t willing to speak i always had a different therapist so i felt like i wasn’t really building a relationship with them anyhow so that just made me much more quiet because it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any need for this so back then i didn’t really have a positive experience with counselling or treatment i keep using them interchangeably however to me i can’t it type of means the exact same thing so i didn’t actually have a positive experience at that time so i pretty much discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that again and i simply decided to shut in my feelings and bottle up my feelings and there was a great deal of unsolved injury that i’ve been holding within myself for numerous years and i didn’t really understand till i started my personal advancement journey until the past couple of years especially throughout the pandemic that actually made me open my eyes to the unresolved trauma that i have and how it’s affecting me in my life in my company in my platform they have so many clients like there’s many people who are scheduling in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is truly busy and you simply have to bear in mind that you are getting what you spend for so if you therapist winds up cancelling then they wind up canceling but it because it took place to me two times in a row i was like fine i might need to consider getting another counsellor if this takes place again and i did actually call better aid assistance and i described what occurred that they cancelled twice in a row and much better assistance was very very good at dealing with the situation they got back to me within 24 hours and they resembled alright to compensate this they added 2 complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i ended up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really extremely um amazing that they were ready and so all set to solve the concern and add the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t truly been a negative side to this i’m having the very best time and as time goes on i of course will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve just been doing treatment for a number of months so this is actually all i can share so Better Help Series C
