since i wasn’t going to speak i constantly had a various counselor so i felt like i wasn’t truly developing a relationship with them anyhow so that simply made me a lot more quiet since it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is is there any requirement for this so at that time i didn’t truly have a positive experience with counselling or treatment i keep using them interchangeably but to me i can’t it kind of implies the same thing so i didn’t actually have a positive experience at that time so i basically discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i thought i’m not even going to try that again and i just decided to repress my emotions and bottle up my feelings and there was a lot of unresolved trauma that i’ve been holding within myself for a lot of years and i didn’t actually realize up until i began my individual advancement journey up until the past number of years specifically during the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unsolved trauma that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my service in my platform they have so many clients like there’s so many people who are booking in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is actually busy and you just have to remember that you are getting what you pay for so if you therapist winds up cancelling then they wind up canceling but it since it took place to me two times in a row i was like all right i might need to consider getting another counsellor if this takes place once again and i did really get in touch with better help assistance and i discussed what took place that they cancelled two times in a row and much better aid was very very good at dealing with the situation they returned to me within 24 hr and they resembled okay to compensate this they added two complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i wound up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really extremely um fantastic that they were so eager to deal with the concern and add the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t really been an unfavorable side to this i’m having the best time and as time goes on i obviously will keep you upgraded with my experience i have actually only been doing treatment for a number of months so this is really all i can share so Better Help Or Better Help Reddit
