The past and even the future things that…Better Help L… haven’t even took place yet this is something that a lot of people could not be struggling with you might also be considering this depressed person who appears unfortunate all the time but there’s other feelings involved in anxiety.
because i wasn’t happy to speak i constantly had a various counselor so i seemed like i wasn’t really developing a relationship with them anyway so that just made me much more silent because it resembles what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any requirement for this so back then i didn’t actually have a positive experience with counselling or therapy i keep utilizing them interchangeably but to me i can’t it kind of means the exact same thing so i didn’t truly have a favorable experience at that time so i pretty much discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that again and i just decided to suppress my feelings and repress my feelings and there was a lot of unresolved injury that i have actually been holding within myself for many years and i didn’t in fact recognize until i started my individual advancement journey till the past number of years especially throughout the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unsolved trauma that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my service in my platform they have a lot of customers like there’s many individuals who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes sense that their schedule is actually hectic and you just need to remember that you are getting what you pay for so if you therapist ends up cancelling then they end up canceling but it because it happened to me two times in a row i resembled all right i might have to consider getting another counsellor if this happens again and i did in fact call much better assistance support and i discussed what happened that they cancelled two times in a row and better aid was very excellent at handling the circumstance they got back to me within 24 hours and they resembled all right to compensate this they added two complimentary weeks on to my billing cycle so i wound up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that very really um amazing that they were willing and so prepared to fix the problem and add the three weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t really been a negative side to this i’m having the very best time and as time goes on i naturally will keep you updated with my experience i’ve just been doing treatment for a number of months so this is actually all i can share so Better Help L
