The past and even the future things that…Better Help Events… haven’t even occurred yet this is something that a great deal of people could not be struggling with you might also be thinking about this depressed person who seems sad all the time but there’s other feelings associated with depression.
because i wasn’t ready to speak i always had a different counselor so i seemed like i wasn’t really building a relationship with them anyway so that just made me even more quiet because it’s like what’s the point is this even gon na work is exists any requirement for this so back then i didn’t really have a favorable experience with counselling or treatment i keep using them interchangeably however to me i can’t it sort of means the same thing so i didn’t actually have a positive experience at that time so i pretty much discarded it for the rest of my teenage years i believed i’m not even going to attempt that again and i just decided to bottle up my emotions and suppress my feelings and there was a lot of unresolved injury that i have actually been holding within myself for many years and i didn’t actually recognize until i began my individual advancement journey until the past couple of years especially throughout the pandemic that really made me open my eyes to the unsolved injury that i have and how it’s impacting me in my life in my service in my platform they have so many clients like there’s a lot of individuals who are reserving in sessions so it makes it it makes good sense that their schedule is truly hectic and you just have to remember that you are getting what you pay for so if you therapist ends up cancelling then they end up canceling but it due to the fact that it occurred to me two times in a row i was like alright i may need to think about getting another counsellor if this occurs once again and i did really call much better assistance assistance and i discussed what took place that they cancelled twice in a row and much better aid was extremely great at handling the circumstance they got back to me within 24 hr and they resembled all right to compensate this they included two free weeks on to my billing cycle so i wound up getting that the weeks back that i lost so i found that really really um incredible that they were ready and so prepared to resolve the concern and add the 3 weeks on so aside from that experience there hasn’t actually been a negative side to this i’m having the very best time and as time goes on i of course will keep you upgraded with my experience i’ve just been doing treatment for a couple of months so this is really all i can share so Better Help Events
